N95 Face Mask

Manufactured in Buffalo, NY by Pure Environments from Shatkin First. These masks are currently listed as FDA Class 1 device listing number 401288. The masks have been laboratory tested by 

ICS Labs and Vance Laboratory awaiting pre-NIOSH Certification testing. The masks will be sold as lab tested N95 filtration masks, conforming to N95 standards prior to NIOSH approval. Minimum order is 10 units.

Private label of masks has a $100 setup fee, $.50 extra cost per unit, and minimum order of 1000 units.
